Baro Knockout mice의 장점은 아래와 같습니다.
1. Chimeric mice가 아니기때문에 F0 마우스를 활용하여 바로 표현형 분석이 가능합니다.
2. Genetic background 교체를 위한 C57BL/6 마우스와의 교배기간을 생략할수 있습니다.
